[SV] Script Call Fail Error When Plant Containment Cell is on Lot

Hi TheSuperMaple 

I tested this with my very limited building abilities and I don't get a script call failed error so few questions

  1. are you trying to place the items in the basement or any level ?
  2. Is the Plant Containment Cell in the basement or any level ?
  3. Did you try another house or just that one business ?
  4. Did you ever have any basemental mods ?

    1. The items were on the ground floor, but I had also tested them in the basement and had the same error
    2. The Plant Containment Cell was in the basement when I first experienced the error. After realizing the issue I went to a separate lot and testing on the ground level and had the same error
    3. I've tried other lots but I only tried in the world Copperdale
    4. I 've never used basemental mods

      TheSuperMaple I can't remember which lot I tested but could you try a new save/different world ?
