[SV] 'You Saw The Sign' & 'The Sign You Saw' Missing from Debug Mode

I guess this is a day for bugs of all sorts lol. Ok... have clean game and made sure no mods or custom content are in my game. I went into debug mode to get one of the lit signs from Strangerville...

I'm so very sorry it took so long to reply. I didn't see your responce and request until now.
I have no pics to show you, as I cannot find them on the internet nor in debug. But I do know the names of both of them....
They are strangerville's "You Saw The Sign" & "The Sign You Saw"
