Tall Order 4 Tile Bar "Bless me Barrrrnacles Bar" Missing Swatches

For Whatever reason the entire set has black/black and a black/white swatch, including the single and double bars 

How ever the "Bless me Barrrrnacles Bar" is missing this swatch
