Terrain paints not aligned with grid

After the recent update, The new terrain paint are just not aligned with the grid and i cannot change it. Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title to better reflect the issue

I have this issue, but only on certain lots both with and without mods. I have a build now that is a 50x50. When placed on Palamino Junction in Chestnut Ridge, the terrain is crooked. I placed the lot on Oakenstead in Willow Creek and it is lined up. I then tried on the Affluista Mansion lot and it is crooked.
