Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
- Any LastException files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
I didn’t use any mods or cc. I used only from what the game give me from packs.
what can I do next?
- Do you have any LastException or nothing ?
- Can you load other households/saves ?
I’ve noticed that there are many LastException files appearing in my EA folder. At the same time, my cache files seem to be clearing themselves, and I’m unable to load my household.
The issue occurs when I try to resume the game and load the household I was previously playing. The loading screen appears, but the household never fully loads. I haven’t yet tried loading a different household from the same save.
Could you please help me identify what might be causing this issue and how to fix it?

could you provide one of the LE's you're getting ?
Just delete the ones you currently have, trigger the error and check if there's a new one.
