The Sims 4 Xbox One

Hi this is my first time here.  I came here for help after running into two bugs/ glitches.  The first bug happens when I use the freelance job.  I will tell my sim to create art on their digital sketch pad and when they do, I am unable to find or select the artwork that was submitted to my inventory.  I am unable to access it no matter what.  The second bug I would like to submit has to do with my sim unable to negotiate a job bonus no matter how many times I tap on that option.  Has anyone gone through anything similar?  Also, I hope I submitted this in the right place.  I apologize if I messed up.  I play the sims 4 on my Xbox one console and my gamertag name is haltingsoda6209 if this helps any.  Thank you.
