Cannot upload builds to the Gallery after latest update
Platform: [PC / Mac / Console]
Game Version: [ex: 1.xx.x.1030 — veja no menu principal do jogo]
Mods/CC installed: [Yes/No]
Language: [Portuguese-BR or English]
Steps to reproduce the issue:
- I build a house in The Sims 4.
- I try to save and share it to the Gallery.
- The game shows an error message: “Server error. We could not process this Gallery request. Please try again later.”
What happens when the bug occurs:
I cannot upload my house/build to the Gallery. I can open the Gallery and download items, but I cannot share anything.
What should happen instead:
The game should allow me to save and upload my builds to the Gallery without error.
When did this issue start?
After the latest update [insert the approximate date].
Additional information:
- I already checked my internet connection (stable).
- I cleared cache and restarted the game/EA App.
- I logged out and logged in again.
- The problem persists for more than [2] days.
