'There was an error uploading your item to the Gallery'

I also have been having the same problem with the same error message.  In my case,  it happens with any build.  I love building, so this is beyond frustrating.  I can save rooms and households, but not lots.  I have tried all the fixes suggested (create a new folder for tray and save, repairing the game, and even reinstalling the game) with no luck.
