Time glitch

A year ago I had a glitch where there were no workers in the restuarant.
Now I have a time glitch. I get to the restaurant and I get a table, takes about 1 sim hour
Then I have to order which takes another 2 sim hours, and I don't get it until 3 sim hours later
My sim also eats extremely slowly
If I want my sim to order 2 dishes, she gets there at 11am, and finishes at 5am the next day

Another weird thing is that when she gets home, it's only 10pm, the previous day, as if she was there only 11 hours and not 18, still a long time

The time glitch is also at a daily basis at home and everywhere else. She takes forever to order food from stalls and to eat it. Takes like 5 sim hours.
She also freezes, everything moves except her.
I reset her and it work sometimes.
She comes late from work and school

It also showed up that she has work in 1 hour at 12am, she starts at 6pm and finishes at 12am. (I restarted the game and that solved this problem)

Does anyone else have this glitch?
I tried deleting all my mods and CC but it doesn't work
I also made new saves and deleted the old ones, happens again and again
