'Timed Out'/Server error when saving/removing items (After Patch 1.124.55/2.33)

When I try to save Lots to my Library or upload to Gallery, I receive the error message "Timed out during upload. Please check internet connection or try again in a minute." I can upload Rooms and Households just fine, but not Lots.

Full experience is:

*Lots - "Timed out" error message and DOES NOT save to Library or upload to Gallery
*Rooms - "Timed out" error message but DOES save to Library or upload to Gallery
*Households - NO error message and DOES save to Library or upload to Gallery

I've tried to fix by: 

*re-starting pc / re connecting to Wifi / Tried different Wifis and mobile hotspots
*clearing App cache
*temporarily turning off Windows Firewall / ensuring EA and The Sims 4 are allowed by Windows Firewall 

I've also never had any mods, ever. Help! 

Not fixed in latest update, still experiencing same problem :(

    I am also still experiencing this with no mods, however I noticed it is easier to get the save to actually work so it's not as bad as it was prior to the update for me. But it's definitely still happening on occasion. I just have to try to save once or twice  more, whereas before the update I could try for upwards of 15 minutes with it timing out every time.

    Same, the update didn't fix this issue for me.
