I have the same problem : I can't save my builds to my library, and when a lot is in my library, I can't upload to gallery. The previous patch notes should have fixed this, but I'm still having the problem. Before the patch notes, I couldn't even delete builds from my library/gallery. Now I can't do anything at all; it's frustrating.
