There is currently an issue in MCCC that is causing a freezing like this if you have auto-marriages turned on.
If you encounter this is with ANY mods in your game, then this is not your thread. ...

EA_Solaire asked me to add my info here, but it’s not the same issue? as time doesn’t freeze when it happens to me. But here it is anyway:
Randomly, one household member will freeze and not complete the actions in the queue.
This also happens when I am controlling another sim in the household, and the first sim autonomously tries to fix their needs, but freezes. Then her moodlet changed from uncomfortable to asleep, even though she was just stood doing nothing?!
