Time/Sim freezes while environment still moves

I am not sure I can complete all of that in its entirety as I use a local windows account and do not allow Microsoft to sign me in with a windows user account. One of the steps for the DDU thing says that will be required. I do have a Microsoft account but I don't want my computer signed into it. I did download the new Nvidia driver so I can do that. Apparently the gameready thing isn't the same thing and wasn't updating it. My bad for not paying more attention.

I updated my Nvidia driver and had the installer do a clean installation to do it and then ran a fresh diag for you. Hopefully it looks better and you don't feel I need that DDU thing still. 

You still have a lot of driver errors in your DxDiag. I would suggest making a thread In PC tech for this and get help there.

hi so my sims 4 game is messing up the time stops but everything else is still moving like my sim but stuck in a loop unsure how to fix this and been happening for at least 5 days i have done clean catch and uninstalled it and downloaded it again i lower my graphics i updated my laptop last night too so i tried everything i could think off and still dosn't work    

I don’t know if I should add this here or a different thread but an addition issue with the game time I noticed is an issue with the time speeds. When your sim leaves the lot, usually the time speeds up but everything speeds up along with it. However, I have noticed the time speed up but the gameplay lagging behind the time. Example, my sims finish school/work around 3pm. While on ultra speed, the time speeds up past 3 and they don’t return home. Sometimes it hits midnight before they finally return from the rabbit hole. I have to keep the game at normal speed to prevent the lagging. Also, it’s a struggle to keep it at normal speed. I have to constantly keep hitting 1 on my keyboard to stop ultra speed from kicking in. 

Hi! I have never posted in a forum like this before, so please understand I have exhausted nearly every available option before posting. About a week ago, my game randomly froze during playing, and I had to ctrl+alt+del and open task manager to exit, as the in-game time had stopped and I couldn't select anything in game or in the UI.

Upon reloading the game from my last save, it shortly did the same thing, at the same in-game time of 6:33. Over the course of the past week I have repaired my game files, updated and checked all of my mods, restored previous save states from days before the issue, hunted to find an exception file (to no avail), and scrolled through countless forum posts. At first I thought it may be the Father Winter freezing issue since it was Winterfest in game the day the bug started, but the game continued to freeze at 6:33 when I loaded days previous.

My other saved games load fine and the clock passes right through 6:33 without issue, it appears to just be this one game. So, while it's not the end of the world, I mostly just miss my main sim </3 she was pregnant and had level 10 handiness and cooking. Help please !!

Make sure to back up your saves that are working. You might try the items on this link and maybe it could help. If not you might want to post in the technical issue forum. This post is in the bug forum so the people you need to see your post may not see your post here and that you need help.
