Pretty simple- Tiny Living states that plant growth is twice as fast on one of the tiers. But the tuning has it set at 1.1x, not 2x.

Can confirm that the latest patch updated this tuning...but not to fix the issue. My modded fix on left, newly updated tuning from today on right. It removed...something. But did not adjust the value.
I cannot stress enough that this is a 3 second fix lol
