Hi! I don't have any mods or cc in the game. Only the produtcs that I bought from EA. Still doesn't work...
Sorry, but I can't find the right thread tag for this situation...
I also noticed something. In the EA App, it mentions that I have 31 add-ons in the sims 4, but I actually have 35 (which 3 are the ones I bought with moola money and 1 that was for free). So when I try the "repair" option, it doesn't repair those add-ons.
