Unable to save to gallery

Each time I try to save my lot to my gallery it says it has timed out and to check internet connection or try again later. no matter how many times I try I still can't get it to save and I'm connected to the internet so I'm not seeing what is preventing it or what else I can do. This has been an issue for months for me.
