After I updated the sims I have been unable to select traits in cas even after removing all my mods and deleting and reinstalling the game

CC and Mods are separate from the game installation. Rename the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts then launch the game. Does it still happen?

hi, the issue seems to be fixed now. i repaired again and it seemed to sort it. thank you though.
