After I updated the sims I have been unable to select traits in cas even after removing all my mods and deleting and reinstalling the game

I'm also having this issue. I've repaired, uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted weird files, and have no CC or mods.
I have the same thing idk why tho it’s annoying
