After I updated the sims I have been unable to select traits in cas even after removing all my mods and deleting and reinstalling the game

This bug appears in my games since recently. In current game and in new game. It doesn't matter. The game is updated. Sometimes the bug is disappeared. Logic is unclear but it's completely frustrated.
