After I updated the sims I have been unable to select traits in cas even after removing all my mods and deleting and reinstalling the game

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox) - Is this what you are seeing: Unable to select traits in CAS | EA Forums - 4949337 ?
No I’m not using any mods or cc, I’ve repaired game, deleted mods folder and cache in case and repaired game again and it still hasn’t fixed the issue, the issue has only occurred due to either the recent update or the new adventure awaits pack.

If so, could you please post a pic ?
