Unable to select traits in CAS

This has been happening to me for months maybe a year or so actually. The traits aren't there the first time I load into CAS. But when I exit to main menu and load it a second time it appears again. This is really annoying since we all know loading screens take forever, and I assume it would be an easy fix since a simple reload fixes it...?

Important: I can stick pick aspirations, likes, occult type and randomize traits and name. Just can't see the traits themselves.+ I removed all my mods, repaired, cleared cache, all several times over the past months and still nothing has changed. Thanks.
