Unable to select traits in CAS

In build a sim I can’t pick my sims personality traits how can I fix the problem?

I don’t have mods or ui installed but I still can’t see mine traits in cas

I have the same thing idk why tho it’s annoying 

I'm also having this issue. I've repaired, uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted weird files, and have no CC or mods. 

I have no mods, no CC and the game is updated. If I try to start a new family create a sim has no traits. I've tried repairing, uninstalling and deleting ALL of my saves. Nothing is working. I'm getting so frustrated.  Image to show what I'm talking about.

when I try to make a new character most of the time the traits don't show up so I can choose them

I‘m also having this problem.
I already updated my game and my mods however nothing is working at the moment
