Unable to select traits in CAS

I also have this problem. I have cleared cache, repaired the app and game, I have played with a clean game (moved my entire folder to desktop and relaunched to create new folder). No mods or cc. Very frustrating to have this happening again.

I believe they’re still looking for save files to reproduce the issue if you’d be willing to send yours in.

This just happened recently, but when I go into CAS I am completely unable to see my trait slots. I’ve tried disabling mods, and reopening the game to see if they reappear, but that did not work. Anyone have any advice??? Has this happened to anyone else???

I can no longer see or select traits in CAS unless I hit the randomizer, but even then, I can't see what the traits are in CAS. I have never used mods or CC, and play on Mac.

Ever since downloading the new enchanted by nature pack, there’s no traits present to select in create a sim.. tried restarting not just the program but my computer itself to no prevail. Unsure of how to fix?

When you go to CAS, the character traits are invisible so you can't select them. The only solution is to select the dice and therefore random character traits.

The trait selection bar is not popping up in cas. I have now deleted the sims, had the ea repair my game and take the files out and restart. Nothing has worked.

i’ve had this bug for a while now and it’s really annoying at the time of this screenshot there were no mods in my game it usually happens when i place down a new sim from the gallery or just randomly when changing clothes 

I'm having the same issue.

When I enter Create a Sim mode, everything works fine until I try to select personality traits for my Sim. As soon as I click on the traits section, the trait selection boxes disappear completely. This prevents me from choosing traits manually, and I’m forced to use the dice button assigning them at random to continue.
