Unable to select traits in CAS

Hi, I am having a hard time picking traits in my game. is anyone else and if so, does anyone know how to fix it? I have tried everything and nothing seems to work. When creating a Characters I was able to pick any traits I wanted now it won't even show me the bar. If anyone may help would be so grateful.

When creating sims in CAS I can’t see the traits. This is going over multiply saves. Only when going in within the game can I see the traits of the sims 

This has been driving me mad for months now. I’ve updated the game, removed any mods & cc, done a factory reset, and even completely reinstalled. I still can’t select traits. 

Tried creating a new sim but the traits are not showing at all. Tried removing mods, repairing but the issue persists on PC

I can't access the traits in cas I have disabled mods and tried to repair it buts still not working

I recently redownloaded my sims 4 game, and after updating and adding my cc I found that when in CAS I could not see or pick traits for my sims. Looking online I saw it could be an issue with my cc so I removed them all from the mod folder, deleted the local cache and hit repair in the EA app. I am still experiencing the issue after trying these fixes. I am unsure what more can be done to try to fix this. 

I also have this problems, i don't think it's related with any mods or especifc event, i downloaded the game for the first time and it happened to me with only the Romantic garden stuff pack, the perfect patio stuff pack and my first Pet stuff pack. I also tested on New saves and it is the same, no matter if a download a sim from the gallery, create a new one with or without the story thing.

It also happened with Pets and horses, it only worked. I also tried different graphic settings to run the game and it's still no showing despite being the first time i had the game.

The rest of the panel is visible in the create a sim with story but when you finísimo the questions and loads the sim, the icons for the traits are no visible. I Can choose the aspiration, likes and dislikes, tope of death, type of occult sim but neither the questions marks and hexagons shows up.

I just redownloaded the sims 4 and i am also unable to select any traits. The traits panel is just gone and unelectable. I have no mods or CC installed.

Still having this issue! no mods/cc, repaired my game, new sims 4 folder - I've tried everything and CAS traits panel is still broken!

I just downloaded Businesses and Hobbies, and tried to open the game. At first I tried to open a previous save, but it wouldn't fully open. Then I removed all of my mods, and tried to open a new game. CAS opened, but there was no way to choose any traits, therefore not allowing me to play the game. I deleted localthumbcache, and there are currently no mods in my mods folder, so I'm unsure of what else to do.
