I can no longer travel to my destination worlds. I have the Jungle Adventure pack and have been able to go to the world's previously, but now I cannot visit them when i select take a vacation it says that there are no rental lots available. Also, when I go to manage worlds, none of my sims are able to visit them. I have tried repairing the game, clearing cache, and uninstalling/reinstalling and the issue still persists.

Do you just have issues with that one save game or also if you start a new one for testing purposes ?
It still occured even trying a new game/creating a new sim. I ended up completely uninstalling the EA app, having all my data removed, but it did resolve the problem, just starting from scratch now.
If this issue ever comes up again, any suggestions?
bit hard to tell as there are many reasons why this could have happened. Did you delete your data or do you still have the saves ? Maybe there was still some mod residue in your game.
