After update, I loaded my save previous playing, I found Caleb's ear weird. His face parts are changed significantly, but weird part were only ears.
I found Caleb's, but I don't find other pre-made NPC's yet.

This may not be necessary, but I also tried this problem with the flesh new folder. At that time, I also tried placing other vampire households made by Maxis from the gallery. As a result, other than Caleb, I couldn't find any Sim that would return edited parts to the original parts in Live Mode.
・How to fix it (for those who don't often edit parts with CAS):
1. Enter the code 'cas.fulleditmode' and go to CAS mode
2. Click once on the head
3. Click 'Detail Edit Mode' on the left side of the head
4. Grab the pointed part of the ear
When you grab it, the pointed part will automatically shrink. When it becomes round, release it and you're done.
