The cheat really isn't a good option to turn them back as it often leaves traits that should have been removed.

Did you try making them a vamp and using the potion instead ?

You can also try cheat removing all the hidden traits

traits.remove_trait Hidden_Vampire_SpiritPowers_BatEnabled (I'm guessing that's the one)
traits.remove_trait Hidden_Vampire_SpiritPowers_MistEnabled
traits.remove_trait DisgustedByFood
traits.remove_trait Hidden_Vampire_SpiritPowers_VampireRunEnabled

No effect with the drink. I’m trying now to remove every trait

Everyting is gone, just the nausea is still going. It doesn’t matter what they eat even with the removing trait cheat, they still throw up from food (even if it’s excellent)
