[V] [S] Vampires not protected from sunlight by umbrellas

I'm not sure if this is working as intended or not.

I recall my vampires used to be able to use umbrellas and it blocks the ray of suns so they dont lose as much of their vampire energy.  However; nowadays the umbrellas don't seem to have any effect at all.  I understand that my vampires dont have the daywalker vampire trait (yet!), but I thought the umbrellas were supposed to at least help.  Otherwise, why do they use them when go out during the day still if this has changed?  I don't know when this happened, but I have noticed this since the last major patch so I'm just pointing it out.
