[V] Vampire sims constantly vomiting for no reason

I have many vampire sims across multiple households and they are all constantly and consistently vomiting for no apparent reason.  And since most of my households are vampires, this is just really ruining gameplay for me. I have went into my non-vampire households and they are not having this issue. So I went back to a vampire household to see if I could figure out what might be causing this. Took my teen to high school and it was there I noticed something. His girlfriend is a vampire and she attends the school too, and I noticed her carrying a plate of food. My vampires have never went after food once they became vampires so this is something I have never seen before. However I do not think food is completely to blame because I have been watching and unless I missed something, it happens even when there is no food involved. Plus, drinks made at a bar seem to be causing it to happen as well. My vampires have always been able to have any drinks made from a bar with zero problems.

I have not played since last September, so when I had to update the game in order to. So I cannot blame the most recent update as there may have been multiple during the time I was away and so I have no idea when this problem would have started.

I have all packs and such up to Adventure Awaits. I have bought nothing after that. Game was fully updated with no mods installed. I have since used UI Cheats but the problem persists with and without it. I did some troubleshooting for a voice issue on a new sim I had gotten last night, so I have cleared cache and repaired the game as well. Nothing has stopped the vampires vomiting.

  • This household are newly made vampires. I finally had my sim Jake turn his daughter and her husband and immediately the vomiting begins. I have been with them every second and that have not eaten or shown any inclination towards eating food. They have had exactly one plasma pack each and other than that, they have befriended sims and requested to drink from them. They have also had drinks from various bars. From my observation plasma packs, feeding from sims and drinks from a bar are all equally going to cause vomiting.

I'm also going to mention that non-vampire sims are holding their stomachs many times and get thought bubbles of toilets even when they are not sick and don't have any ailments. I will report this as a separate issue  but i wanted to mention it because it seems like it all started happening about the same time,

  • Is this issue even being looked at? All of my vampires are still running around and puking their guts out even if they don't eat anything and don't have any bar drinks. The teen vampires are still grabbing food at school too. I feel like I am going to be left out in the cold on this one because nobody else is reporting the same problem. This is really ruining the vibe of my game since only a handful of my many households are not vampires. I would really appreciate some input here please.

  • Maybe a separate issue, but I do have to say that the mortals are going around and holding their stomachs and thinking of toilets. Just thought I would mention it here since it seems related to the vampires vomiting issue in a way.

This is two different households but it is happening to them all.

  • Diego and Giovanna had just returned home from the Romance festival and they woohooed and then drank plasma packs. Immediately they both needed to vomit. I know 100% that they didn't do anything else. This would explain why it is happening to all of my vampires. Though it doesn't explain why my teen vampires are trying to eat actual food. So far I have not seen adult vampires grab any food. I don't know how it got broke but apparently plasma packs and drinks from a bar are now being misconstrued as food. This would make sense as I noticed with Diego's non-vampire sons, that when they made bar drinks and drank them, their hunger lessened. This is a new thing or I'd have noticed before. This is not going to be an ok thing if this change was intended. My sims like their bar drinks both at home and when going out to venues.
