They are not stuck. They go and do other stuff like drink from my sim's globe bar, taking many baths, following my sims around to chat, running their fingers over stuff to pat themselves on the back that there is no dust, all while ignoring the spoiled food or bar drinks laying around until if and when they decide to actually do some cleaning. I would be so much less aggravated with them if they were stuck.
Same here. Cooking all the time (different butlers, different households), chatting with Sims (who have full green social bars) while they are busy (writing a book, working out), not cleaning up puddles around bath tub, dirty counters, spoiled food, etc. An option to ask them to stop cooking would be nice. I transfer the butler's food to the "Nanocan Touchless Trash Can" for simoleans, but often the butler leaves unfinished cutting boards on a counter or table and uncooked pans on the stove, which takes time away from my Sim to clean up the butler's mess. (No mods player)
