Another example of this issue. Sims keep spawning on community lots only to immediately leave again, despite having fine motives and no work obligations. This definitely feels unintentional and makes community lots feel nonfunctional.
I also tested force-spawning Sims through mods, and those Sims actually stay on the lot. However, they don’t recognize the correct lot type, so they won’t perform venue-related interactions properly.
