sims wont change to wolf mode after rampage. Plz fix

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing ?
- Could you explain what you mean by stuck in human form after rampage ? Did they switch back and now you can't change them back to werewolf ?
- Was this always the case for this werewolf ?
- How did you turn him ? Was he ever another occult ?
I made a werewolf and I turn off my mods/cc. What I mean is my sims won't go into her werewolf form. pc and it happening to all of the werewolfs I make
