[W] 'Transformation Mastery' Ability Not Unlocking

A new update came out does anyone know if this bug is fixed yet? I just want to play as a werewolf lol 

No I believe it’s just a verified bug, I don’t see any status of working on it though. I play on console first time playing the werewolves I usually play vamps but wanted to see what it’s like. 

I haven't tested the other dormant abilities, but I've tried to get Transformation Mastery with three different werewolves and I'm not getting the dormant ability despite ensuring that my werewolves are safely away from all sims during a full moon. I put my last werewolf (freshly created in CAS) in a room within a room within a room. No doors. No windows. No sims even remotely close to his lot. It was a full moon two hours after I created him and put him on the lot. He transformed. No sims came near. At 6am, he transformed back. At 7am, he got the notification that he'd made it through the full moon and had perhaps learned something about being a werewolf. I waited. I waited. Made it 24 hours. Nope. No Transformation Mastery.

With previous werewolf sims, I have had them live through MANY full moons, not frightening anyone, and not getting this dormant ability.

It wasn't always like this. Shortly after the royalty pack came out, I had a werewolf get it after his first full moon and he was just locked in a room (not nesting rooms).

I'm not using any mods or CC.

The only cheats I was using were testingcheats and moveobjects.

And, I haven't had a chance to test the other dormant abilities deeply, but I had one of my current werewolves read several werewolf books without getting lunar epiphany. I can't remember how many books a werewolf has to read to get that one.  If you're checking, maybe check the others, too.
