Whenever my Sim sees known Werewolves on a lot (currently in my save, only Rory and Kristopher are alive) they are always in Werewolf form.
Previously, sometimes when my Sim would meet Rory she would be in her human form. Now she is always rampaging whenever she is out in public, with the red glowing effects.
It's not game ruining as such, but it does make it difficult to enjoy nights out as all the Sims spend their time passing out from fear of the Rampaging Werewolf.
For the others, it's as though once they are seen in Werewolf form they never ever transform back to human form. When Lou was alive he was often chosen as a service NPC (lobster larry, the police, the burglar) and was always in wolf mode.
It's a bit more understandable when it's Greg, although I don't think he used to arrive to Ladies Night at the bar...
