Just ran into this bug today. My sim lives in forgotten hollow. An elderly townie knocks on the door in the night and I think it's just another vampire as he's hissing. Well I scrolled over him and it says he's a pup. This townie has vampire interactions and werewolf ones. I play on Xbox so no mods. Never had this bug before. It seems to have happened since I limited werewolves to moonwood mill.
