After transforming my sim into a werewolf, they were almost always in werewolf form. However, when I switched them to human form (while still a werewolf occult sim) the werewolf body and face details stayed on the human form, also removing all clothes. I have no mods or CC in this PC/save game.
I went into CAS full edit mode and unsynced the werewolf and human forms, chose a new face/features and clothes, and most of those helped - they still had the black nose and mouth, plus paws on their hands. I then got the sim cured so they were human again to see if that reset it, but these can't be removed/changed.
