[W] Werewolf eyes/ears/face glitching out

Every time I travel between lots with my werewolfs they become a horrifying mix between werewolf and human. The portrait in the bottom left corner shows that my sim is a werewolf but they have not transformed. To fix it I have to make my sims transform into beast form and then back to normal. I don't play with mods so that's not the issue. The promblem seem to have started after the last update. This update has caused more problems for me than it has fixed, please stop releasing broken updates!

In my games too, werewolves with glitch eyes, distorced ears and no color on noses. :(

Ever since we got burglars, werewolves have become broken. The werewolf townies have distorted ears and only have one eye. I'm not even playing as a werewolf because of how broken the werewolves appear. I play on Xbox so mods are not to blame. I tried deleting entire saves to no avail. The townies always look this bad. The Volkovs, Roary, Wolfgang and Lou are unaffected by this bug. Nothing fixes this visual glitch.

Would you mind uploading your broken Sims to the gallery and post the names here ?

Testing the new save it seems it may just be an issue with my previous save as everything is normal with generated, gallery, and pre existing sims in the new save, however out of curiosity I had saved the sim I was having an issue with to my library and added it to the new save and the issues remain.

 In my previous save I had checked some more sims with the werewolf trait and the issues are not consistent. Among pre existing sims Kristopher Volkov still has the option to transform while his adopted children are stuck it werewolf form with no option to transform to human. 

I have yet to start a new save but am doing so right now. I edited my original post with a little more information and some pictures in hope it helps figure out the issue.

Could you start a new save and check if you have the same issue ?

It seems that all the werewolf’s in the game are stuck as werewolves pre made, ones I personally made, and game generated.

I haven’t played with the werewolves pack in some time but yesterday I switched to a household with a werewolf and it appears as though he’s stuck in werewolf form?

I did a bit of a search online and people were saying to enter CAS and it would fix and you’d be able to change his form again and I had tried but to no avail.

 Entering CAS again I though I maybe I try removing his occult in case it was a glitch on my end but when I had left CAS he was still in werewolf form with no occult attached to him.

entering CAS for the last time I added the occult once more and removed it and the sim completely glitched, he had a question mark on his face while he still had the shape of a werewolf with the ears stretched out from the head, at this point I was so frustrated I just closed the game and given up for the day.

Again I’ve not played with the pack in some time so I cannot pin which update or anything that may have caused this.

Edit: For some more information I went ahead and got some pictures. The regular sim is his everyday outfit after I removed the werewolf trait, when I exited CAS after his everyday look was “normal” he was still in a regular werewolf form. The one where his face is mangled is the formal outfit and how all the others outfits appear while the everyday outfit remains normal, the picture with the question mark is after I re added the werewolf trait, his “human” form becomes that and his werewolf form remains normal.
