[W] Werewolf Pack members that aren't Werewolves

So devs, I’m just a little bit confused, I saw on a fb group that since the new update there’s new sims in both of the werewolf packs in MoonWood Mill. I didn’t know that and had to see it for myself and yes it’s true, but the new members aren’t actually werewolves, so I guess I’m just confused as to why you’d add human sims to the packs when all they do is run away, have negative reactions and get tense and scared everytime the wolves do wolfy stuff.. is this deliberate or is there a purpose to this. Also I play on PS5 so there’s no cc or mods here. Can some devs lend some insight to this please.

This one is interesting. Hopefully it means they are actually working on fixing the werewolf pack. New townie werewolves have never spawned autonomously unless it's the librarian role being re-fulfilled if the old werewolf librarian dies.  Maybe all those sims joining packs are supposed to be new fledgling werewolves?  That'd be great if that's the case.  Or.. maybe it's just some weird bug and werewolf packs somehow got lumped in with regular ol' clubs so any townie can join. 

For the moment, it does give us a gameplay reason for our werewolf to turn others into werewolves though. They all want to be werewolves. 

I just noticed this happening too. On PC with no mods. Its like the new update hasn't agreed with the werewolf game pack 

Normal Sims are spawning at both the Wildfangs and Collective hangouts. They are acting like pack members and werewolves. I've deleted the Sims in manage worlds and new ones immediately spawn in to replace the old ones. 

I noticed this too. and it irritates me to no end. I Preferred when the packs did NOT Grow on their own. now i'd pretty much need to get my sim to remove the unwanted sims (as there is no cheat to just....do so for you)

I've got this happening too on Xbox Series X with all content installed. It's never happened before last week. 

My Sim is a Freegan forager and is spending a lot of time in Moonwood Mill, it's usually really quiet. I only have the heads of the Moonwood Collective and the Wildfangs, one resident and Greg. I took out the bar. Since last week I'm seeing the Moonwood Collective and the Wildfangs HQs full of mostly new Townies. Even if the head of the Wildfangs is transformed they are playing around the fire and socialising as if there isn't a Werewolf on the lot. This has never happened before. It's always just her on her own, now it's a trailer party every night.

On console, excessive Townies impact performance and cause crashing and lagging. So I have to delete these after every session or I'll get even more issues with my console game. I can't remember if I noticed this before the patch on Thursday and adding Enchanted by Nature or not.

Hello, I have the same problem.

I haven't played with the werewolves pack in some time and yesterday I started a new save file with a new werewolf sim and as others said in both werewolves packs there were some random sims hanging around the groups' hangouts. I'm also pretty sure most of them are not werewolves because of the negative interactions when you do werewolves things.

Another thing I noticed is that both Rory and Kristopher (the npcs) entered a career as soon as I started the savefile, as one of their interactions after meeting them was "Congratulate on new job" for both of them!

I'm on PC, no mods, no cc. I don't own all the packs (i haven't bought a new pack since Horse Ranch).

This is happening to me too. I was wondering if it was somehow tied to Enchanted By Nature but I see that it's not among the packs you own. While it's not exactly a gamebreaking glitch, it is annoying and immersion breaking. And I'd only just returned to werewolves gameplay too after the pigment glitch was fixed.
