looks a bit like this issue: [W] Werewolf body/face details stuck on human form | EA Forums - 11890797 with the werewolf nose.
If that's not it, could you please also post full pics of the werewolf form ?
It doesn’t seem to be exactly the same issue, but it does look similar.
I also have the issue mentioned in one of the comments there, where the werewolf face itself is distorted.
I will post about that in that thread as well.
