I just updated Sims 4 on my PS5 and it immediately started having problems. It’s stuck on the save modal with nothing loading. At one point I couldn’t place a door—that has resolved. And another time it stayed on the initial loading screen for at least 5 mins before I closed the software.
I’ve tried closing it fully, restarting my ps5, checked the internet, and come back a few hours later and it still won’t load saves. It almost looks like it thinks it has loaded the saves with that green circle but it isn’t clickable or visible.
eta I was in build mode trying to save through either “save” or “exit to main menu” but neither loads saves. I’ve also tried returning to live mode first and they still don’t load. No cc, obviously. Live mode is now frozen on pause.
