Worlds aren't popping up

When attempting to start a new save file, or even an old one, when trying to move a sim into a world or go to manage the world, it's just a blank screen. Willows creek etc are not there. I have removed my mods and I am still having this issue. I never had this issue before, and I'm unsure how to proceed.
