Worlds not loading (at all)

So this bug started for me for about 2 weeks ago. When I tried to load the worlds it didn't work, like at all. I tried waiting it out but nothing was happening. And now, when I tried to load my worlds again, it didn't work either.

The screen is white, and I can see my family and "choose world" but then no worlds show up. (I tried to take a screenshot but my pc is not the best haha).

I also have tried reloading the app, restarting my computer yet nothing works.

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.

What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.

Do you have the same issue on a new save too ?

Do you mean the world map where you choose a world is white or when you try to load into a specific world ?
