[XB] Game Softlocks after Game Over

After all my sins died, I pressed the button to save and go to manage worlds. After, I didn’t get sent to manage worlds. Instead, I was put back into live mode. The sim in the bottom left is gone, and all icons on bottom right are missing except for aspirations. The only thing I could do was go back to the main menu. I play on a Xbox and have no mods
