I'm having the same issue on xbox one console. I get around ten minutes of game play before it sorta freezes and I cant do anything but stand there watching the in game clock continue. It freezes all interactions, the speed up buttons don't work and nothing around me moves. Ivr had it happen while my sim was hosting and event and the event timer continued to count down but no one was moving and I couldn't interact with anything. Pausing and saving fixes it temporarily but then it goes back to the nonsense. It's been happening for a few weeks now and it's essentially made the game unplayable. I didnt have any special lot traits and it happens even when I travel to other places.

I've had a look there but there doesn't seem to be any resolution to the issue I've been having. It's still ongoing and I basically haven't been able to play for months. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and deleted saves and it still does the same thing. I've tried filing a bug report but it's still not fixed.
