[XB/PS] ‘Welcome to DLC’ boxes keep popping up

If EA didn't break up a perfectly good game into so many different chunks like it was making horcruxes we wouldn't be going through this.

Please disable the popups and push an update that clears it out for all customers until you finish all your patches for the marketplace, then from that point any NEW PURCHASES from that point on should trigger its corresponding popups.

Same should go for marking everything that's not base new in build and CAS modes.
Just clear that for everyone until the marketplace is working as designed

This pop up issue is worsened by the entirely separate major issue where you can get stuck simply viewing a household in either the library or gallery and  have no choice but to shut the game down and restart for yet another round of pop ups.

It's not surprising to me that issues like this can arise when updating the game, but it's inexcusable that issues like these can slip past the QA team seemingly unnoticed. Then again, the same QA team apparently didn't notice that they turned everyone's photos black and wiped out years worth of in-game photos before inflicting those updates on us.

It's beyond negligence at this point. It demonstrates contempt for your own customer base.

Same here on Xbox, it’s really annoying

same issue here but only my new sim that contains marketplace content plus packs, my base sim seems to be okay but now the new sim ive made has made playing the game impossible

I’m play on xbox and I’m having the same problem! It’s so frustrating as I have 80% of the packs so I have to click off them so many times before I can even play. It also shows everything as new in build mode/CAS. 🫠

I've been playing Sims for years and I've never had these problems before. I've honestly stopped playing Sims since it has happened and it's the only game I play. Everytime I'm just playing or in the gallery or get off the marketplace store it tells me that I lost connection when I promise you my Xbox is still connected. It's been doing this for months now, then once this update came out when I'm in the gallery my game freezes and I have to start everything over again. Also when I go start it shows a banner of all my packs I bought. I'm really not trying to click through them every time I get on. I do apologize, I really just want to my Sims again... My mom showed me Sims. She passed when I was 6, this game is honestly all I have of her. Honestly why I'm so heartbroken I can't play anymore and also I make some good storylines 

It's happening for me on Xbox!
