When playing the sims 4 on ps5, when starting the game looks fine but 5 minutes into game and resolution looks like this! I uninstall the whole game and delete data every 3 months, I am not able to keep stories anymore from so much installing and deleting data, this always comes back. Is it something with the game size or memory or what?

Can we solve this is it is a major issue that only EA can solve?

This happened to me last year I kept getting the hang on we are adjusting your settings warning and it just got worse and worse, I did a hard reset and cleared the saves in my cache it kept doing it so I ended up just stepping away for a while and the game sorted itself. I’m also on Xbox sorry if it’s not helpful but I couldn’t find anything to fix it
