[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but n...

Also having this issue on PlayStation, I am able to buy stuff from PlayStation but it seems that Sims doesn’t see that connection, so I can’t claim event rewards and have no gallery access
