[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but n...

I was able to restart my game and like ✨magic✨ I was able to claim everything. Not sure what the issue was, but hopefully it was a temporary glitch. Best of luck everyone!

    I’ve restarted the game my Xbox nothing worked not even the 5 gb update that just happened helped
