I’m on Xbox series X and I’m having this issue too . Xbox is connected , restarted it , restarted game , checked network connection on my Xbox and my phone through my WiFi providers app and I have connection . But it says I’m not connected . I can’t progress because I can’t claim the recipe for the “wooden throne” .
That's exactly where im stuck at! I fant claim the wooden throne. Which sucks because thats the object from this event that Im the most excited about
Wanted to reply to my own comment that I had to relink my EA account and it worked . Was able to claim rewards again. There must have been some huge issue where a bunch of people got force logged out or something . But I’m all good now .
