When I try to claim my rewards it pops up with “online connection is required please go online to save your event progress and receive rewards” but my Xbox is online I have enough points because there unlocked I don’t have access to be able to claim them anywhere else but my Xbox I can’t unlock the wooden thrown cuz of it so that means I can’t move on to the next quest until I can claim the thrown on the event
Also having this issue on PS4.
Additionally, gallery is not accessible. I can go to my library, but can't use the gallery. Game shows all signs of being online until I load in.
I haven’t tried the gallery yet even when I’m in one of my saves it wouldn’t let me claim anything hopefully they fix it before the events over or progress was for nothing
It’s like the gallery never existed on top of not being able to claim rewards and updated the game just now and nothing was fixed
